3. How We Use Your Data (The DIMO Context)

We process your data strictly to fulfil our engineering obligations under the DIMO framework:

Design Phase

We use architectural inputs and load requirements to model electronic circuitry and create bespoke power reticulation designs.

Install Phase

Site location data and personnel details are processed to ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance during physical installations.

Maintain Phase

We retain service logs for generators and UPS systems to schedule preventative maintenance and track asset lifecycles.

Optimise Phase

Consumption data is analysed to produce Technical Due Diligence reports and advise on efficiency improvements (e.g., Power Integration).

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement rigorous security measures to protect critical infrastructure data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

Technical drawings and sensitive advisory reports are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Physical documents related to project sites are handled with strict chain-of-custody protocols. We retain project data for the duration of the asset lifecycle or as required by Nigerian law.
